C-CASH PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. In order to buy cigarettes on our site, please, choose the cigarettes you want and add them to your shopping cart.Then you can click on “Continue Shopping” button if you want to add any cigarettes to your cart or “Confirm Order” button if you are ready to continue the procedure of the order placing.

2. If you are an already Registered Customer, please, log in using your Login and Password. If you are the first-time customer choose the option “Create New Account”

3. Complete and check your shipping and billing details (Name, address, phone etc).Please specify your correct e-mail address in order us can contact you if any. Also, note that possible mistakes in your data can cause certain ambiguities with your orders’ delivery. If everything is correct, please, submit to pass to the next step.

4. Please check if everything is correct and choose the option “Co To Secure Checkout” in the right bottom of the page.

5. The next step is creating of a C-cash account or login if you have an existing one.

Be attentive not to forget to scroll down to confirm necessary points.

Then go to the top right column and login using the e-mail and password to enter your C-CASH account.

6. If everything is made correct you’ll see the page:

If you do want to place the order then choose “Pay” green button and go to the next step.

7. The next step is Deposit page. Please note that maximum amount for it is $220 USD or € 150 EUR. If you want to buy the cigarettes for more than $220 USD please place several orders.

You’ll get the mail confirmation that your order is placed successfully if everything is completed correctly. Please contact the support center if you need any additional instructions.
